The tale of the missing email

Well I feel slightly embarrassed because I have fired off a letter to the web company and posted it, now I have spoken to them since - it turned out that the quotation was sent only it wasnt sent to me as the woman sending it sent it to herself - I am still waiting for it to come through. I explained that I was moving a) because I didnt get the quote and b) I could have content management free for 12 months and for £99 thereafter - MRS can't compete with that as they wanted to charge me over £1000 for contact management. Maybe I will use them again in the future - then again, maybe not.
